AHS are proud to have been supplying the UK landscape industry with bark and woodchip for more than 25 years.
The AHS Woodland Mulch is a 100% British economical alternative to bark. Made from composted woodchip, it is ideal for landscaping on a tight budget. It is produced from a mix of softwood and hardwood, and composted for a minimum of six weeks, until all green is removed.

- Minimal dust and fines
- Typical particle size 0-40mm
- 100% natural product and contains no additives or colouring
- 100% white wood
- pH range 6.0-7.0
- Free of all foreign matter*
*While all practical measures are taken to remove foreign matter such as metal, glass and plastic, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of all extraneous material. The total amount will not exceed 0.2% by weight.
APPLICATION RATE
We recommend that all of our mulches are laid at a depth of 50-100mm to obtain the best results.

Vicky Homewood
Customer Services
Vicky recently joined our expanding Customer Service department, in a position that sees her acting as a liaison between customers and hauliers to ensure deliveries are running smoothly.
Our Customer Service department is the first point of contact for customers either by phone or email, so it is essential that all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Vicky says: “My job is very fast-paced, as we have hundreds of deliveries going out to sites, schools and private individuals every day. Should customers contact AHS to track their products, I must be able to confidently communicate with hauliers and the pallet network to ensure they are updated as soon as possible. It is my role to ensure that our customers’ experience with AHS is a positive one.”
Vicky lives in rural Sussex with her new fiancée and young daughter. When not spending time with her family, she is an ardent netball player and plays for two local teams.
