A premium pine bark with large particle size makes this ideal for the most prestigious jobs where a high quality long lasting finish is required.
Produced from maritime pine
Minimal fine content
Produces chipped bark with 90% of particles in the range of 20-50mm
Contains minimal white wood, normally within 5% (by volume basis)
Moisture content in the region of 45-55% (green weight basis) on delivery
The weight/volume ratio (bulk density) is normally in the range of 210-260 Kg/m3
This product is completely free of methyl bromide contamination
Free of all foreign matter so as to comply with current legislation and our own strict standards
Reddy brown in colour with a rich pine odour
Durable, long lasting and free from pathogens, pests and weed seeds
Please Note: Due to the nature of this product and the screening process oversize pieces of wood may occur. However, these can easily be removed at the time of installation
Application Rates
We recommend that all our mulches are laid at a depth of between 50 & 100mm to obtain the best results. Allowing 10% for settlement
